We will carry out the factory test for you on the test site of the plant manufacturer. Following your technical specification and the relevant standards for the acceptance test, for example EN 60076 and VDE 0532 for the factory acceptance test of power transformers. In addition we check other important criteria for you, such as main dimensions and layer-coat thickness. You receive from us an independent acceptance report that documents the results of each individual measurement. Should any problems arise or any individual test fail during the acceptance we contact you immediately and jointly decide on a course of action. This ensures that there are no unnecessary delays and that the electrical equipment arrives at your construction site on time.

Within the framework of measuring we determine and evaluate to start with the current state of the PowerQuality in your grid by means of PQ parameters (rms-values, harmonics, interharmonic frequencies, flicker, unbalance, …). By simultaneous measuring in several grid levels and targeted parameterisation of measurement instrumentation we identify the causes of the poor PowerQuality. On the basis of digital network calculation the current state is initially shown at model level. From there we use variant calculations to determine the measures that are needed to comply with the required compatibility levels or planning levels.
